  • Handrail fabrication and installation

  • General metalwork and related services

 

 

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and approval.

 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

 

 

 

3. Quotes & Pricing

 

 

All quotes, estimates, or pricing provided—whether through the Site, email, phone, or in person—are subject to change based on material costs, project complexity, and labor requirements.

 

A quote becomes binding only after:

 

  1. A written estimate or invoice is issued, and

  2. A deposit is paid, if required.

 

 

Faust Fabrication reserves the right to adjust pricing in cases of unforeseen jobsite conditions, design changes, or customer-requested modifications.

 

 

 

4. Payment Terms

 

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

 

  • Deposits may be required before work begins.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of work.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

  • Accepted payment methods are those listed on the invoice or stated during scheduling.

 

 

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or legal collection efforts.

 

 

 

5. Warranty & Liability

 

 

Faust Fabrication provides a workmanship warranty on labor performed by the Company. This warranty does not cover:

 

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

  • Alterations or repairs performed by others

  • Material failures not caused by workmanship

  • Customer-provided materials or designs

  • Normal wear and tear

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, Faust Fabrication is not liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of use

  • Damage caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer

 

 

 

 

6. Client Responsibilities

 

 

Clients agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate project specifications and measurements

  • Ensure clear and safe access to the work area

  • Notify Faust Fabrication of any hazards, underground utilities, or structural concerns

  • Obtain permits when required (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

  • Review and approve designs, drawings, or plans before work begins

 

 

Faust Fabrication is not responsible for issues caused by missing or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

 

 

 

7. Site Content

 

 

All text, images, logos, designs, and other content on this Site are the property of Faust Fabrication.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

 

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

 

 

 

8. Appointments, Scheduling & Cancellations

 

 

Appointment times are approximate and may be affected by weather, emergencies, material delays, or unforeseen job conditions.

 

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

The Company reserves the right to apply cancellation fees if adequate notice is not provided.
